RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Nougat London. However, due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is:
- faulty or defective
- damaged during delivery
- incorrect (different from what was ordered)
please contact us at info@nougatlondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and including clear photos where possible.
Once confirmed, we will advise you on the return process.
Approved refunds will be processed after the item has been returned.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from nougatlondon.com
- Items must be returned securely packaged
- Please include your order number inside the parcel
- For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Nougat London once the issue is confirmed. In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
- Nougat London is responsible for the returned item only once it has been received at our return address
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days
- Please allow a further 5–21 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider
Unfortunately, we have no control over bank processing times.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@nougatlondon.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the returns process outlined above.
