Wet hair thoroughly with clean water. Apply an appropriate amount of shampoo and work into a rich lather. Massage gently into the scalp using your fingertips, then rinse thoroughly.

1. Can I use this shampoo when my scalp feels sensitive?
Yes. This shampoo is formulated with a silicone-free, amino acid–based formula enriched with multiple gentle botanical extracts. It helps reduce scalp stress during washing, making it suitable even for use during periods of scalp sensitivity.

2. Will my hair feel dry or rough after washing?
No. Although the formula is silicone-free to minimise scalp and hair burden, it also avoids harsh sulphates. Instead, it uses amino acids and peptide complexes that lather easily and rinse cleanly, leaving hair fresh, smooth, and easy to comb — without any slippery or rough feeling.

3. Will salicylic acid cause scalp irritation?
No. We use a mild and stable form of salicylic acid at a low concentration, combined with Norwegian spruce extract to achieve deep cleansing and oil control. The product’s pH level of 5.5–6.5 ensures a gentle, balanced, and safe cleansing experience.

4. What are SLS and SLES?
SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulphate) and SLES (Sodium Laureth Sulphate) are types of sulphates commonly used for their strong foaming and cleansing properties. However, they can strip protein from the hair, causing dryness, irritation, or sensitivity — and, with long-term use, may damage scalp cells and follicles.
