1. Pour the Hair Colourant Cream into the Colour Developer and shake well for 2 minutes.

2. Put on gloves and use a comb to evenly apply the mixture to dry hair. Leave for 40–60 minutes for colour to develop, then wait an additional 20 minutes.

3. Rinse thoroughly, then apply the Soft & Silky Hair Mask evenly. Leave for 2 minutes before rinsing off.

4. Towel-dry hair and evenly spray the Revitalization Serum. Use 2–3 times per week.

About Colour Results
1. Why is the colour result different from what I expected?

Our plant-enriched, ammonia-free formula — free from harsh couplers such as resorcinol — is designed to be gentle on both hair and scalp. It deposits rich, natural-looking tone and can lift by up to two levels in a single application. However, it won’t lighten very dark hair to a much lighter shade without pre-lightening first.
Example:
• If your hair is Level 1.0 (black), one application can lift it to around Level 3.0 (dark brown).
• You can always go darker — for instance, from Level 5.0 (light brown) to Level 1.0 (black).
What affects the final result:
• Your starting colour (virgin hair vs previously coloured or bleached hair)
• Hair thickness, porosity, and overall condition
• Processing time and amount of product applied

2. How do I choose the right shade for my hair?
Start by choosing the shade that’s closest to your natural hair colour — this will be your base reference. Then, look at the colour chart to find the shade you’d like to achieve.

3. Is your hair colour a permanent hair colour?
Yes. Our hair dye is a permanent oxidative colour designed to deliver long-lasting results with effective grey coverage. It works through a combination of oxidative colourants and hydrogen peroxide to develop the desired shade and ensure colour durability.

About Safety
4. Is the product safe for pregnant women? Will it cause allergies?
Our laboratory specifically confirms that the hair dye can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Many mothers have used it during these periods without any discomfort. However, as everyone’s skin sensitivity and body condition are different, we strongly recommend performing an allergy (patch) test before colouring.
Nougat’s plant-based hair dye has been dermatologically tested. The formula is ammonia-free and resorcinol-free, with a low-sensitivity composition suitable for most individuals.

5. Does your product contain PPD and why does your package mention “Contains phenylenediamines”?
Our products do not contain PTDS (para-toluenediamine sulfate). Instead, the formula uses Toluene-2,5-Diamine Sulfate, a derivative of PPD that is considered a milder alternative.
By law, the packaging must include the statement “Contains phenylenediamines,” even though our products are PPD-free. Please note that Toluene-2,5-Diamine Sulfate may still cause allergic reactions in some individuals. For your safety, we always recommend performing a Skin Sensitivity Test 48 hours before use, and consulting your doctor if you have any concerns about allergies or sensitivity.

6. Is a Patch Test / Skin Sensitivity Test required?
Yes. We always recommend performing a Skin Sensitivity Test 48 hours before each use, even if you have used the product before. Detailed instructions can be found in the leaflet inside the box.
If any irritation occurs during the test, do not use the product. If you have concerns about allergies or personal sensitivity, please consult your doctor before colouring.

About Usage
7. Can I use this after bleaching or perming my hair?
Yes, you can — but please wait at least 14 days before applying the hair dye, and make sure to shampoo your hair before colouring.
After perming, chemical straightening, or bleaching, the hair cuticles become more porous and fragile, so it’s important to allow some time for your hair to recover before colouring.

8. Can I keep the leftover hair dye for next time?
Once mixed, the hair dye must be used on the same day and cannot be stored for later use.
Unmixed product, however, can be kept for up to 12 months and used again. Please store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures, as heat may affect the product’s stability.
